Seven-step program

If you are impatient and you want to achieve the result in a few days the seven-step program is not for. It requires  patience, perseverance and everyday sincere involvement.

Step nr 1

Stop the invasion of free radicles

As you remember there are about 40 trillion cells in your entire body. And every single second each of them produces billions of highly reactive atoms called free radicals that destroy your organs, your tissues and your DNA.

You cannot stop the production of free radicals. They are byproducts of many metabolic processes vital to your life. However, you can stop oxidative stress.

What is oxidative stress?

Oxidative stress occurs when there are too many free radicals and too few antioxidants.

And what are antioxidants?

Antioxidants are molecules in cells that prevent free radicals from taking electrons and causing damage. They are natural substances whose job is to clean up free radicals and thus stop free radical chain reaction. And this is free radical chain reaction that is responsible for disease development  as well as your fast aging.

And as you remember during oxidative stress, excess free radicals damage structures inside your brain cells and even cause cell death, which may significantly slow down your recovery process. So to prevent the destruction of your brain cells, you will need high doses of antioxidants.

The most powerful antioxidants are organic sulphur, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, anthocyanins, lycopene, selenium and iodine. They are your ‘soldiers’. If they are delivered in sufficiently high amounts and the deliveries are done every single day, you may be sure they will be effectively protecting your against oxidative stress, and they will be doing it 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Step nr 2

Equip your body with an efficient detoxification system

Heavy metals such as aluminium, mercury or lead, the medicines you take every day, herbicides and pesticides you take with your food or cancer-causing formaldehyde you inhale every day are as harmful to your body as free radicals. They damage all your organs and systems. Toxins destroy your cell membranes, poison your enzymes, induce, inhibit, mimic or block your hormones and activate or suppress your genes in undesirable ways.

Regular exposure to formaldehyde alone affects the ability to control the muscles that are needed to move, speak, eat and breathe. Formaldehyde causes general damage to the central nervous system resulting in headaches, depression, mood changes, insomnia, irritability, attention deficit and memory impairment.

To eliminate toxins that enter your body from the outside, you need an efficient detoxification system that is a kind of sewage treatment plant and waste incineration plant in one.

To carry out the detoxification processes your sewage treatment plant need a set of tools in the form of specific enzymes, hormones, proteins and billions of probiotic bacteria.

And no enzyme, hormone or protein can be produced if their building blocks in the form of vitamins, minerals, trace elements or amino acids are not supplied regularly

Step nr 3

Eliminate chronic inflammation and repair the damaged tissues

As you remember chronic inflammation is responsible for the development of most chronic conditions, ranging from osteoarthritis, myalgia, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease or Parkinson’s disease, to diabetes, atherosclerosis, gastric ulcers, liver cirrhosis, acute pancreatitis, and even cancer.

Eliminating chronic inflammation is one of the first steps towards the body’s rejuvenation process. Sulphur along with vitamin C is the strongest anti-inflammatory and analgesic used in the treatment of chronic degenerative and inflammatory conditions of tendons, bones and joints, gastric mucosa, intestines and blood vessels.

As soon as the inflammation is reduced, the body needs to repair the damaged tissues. Your tissues are mainly made of collagen and elastin.

Collagen is a binding protein. Its name comes from the Greek language, where „cola” means glue and „genno” give birth.

So the lack of collagen that is the kind of glue that holds your body together means that you literally start to fall apart! This is undoubtedly a miserable and depressing sight.

Collagen accounts for 75% of the skin, 40% of the heart muscle, 60% of the liver. In contrast, the bones and eyeball contain as much as 90% of collagen.

The bad news is that it’s impossible to produce collagen cream or gel that will penetrate deep into your body to repair your damaged tissues. Drinking collagen is equally ineffective. When you are experiencing an excruciating knee pain, you’d like the collagen you drink to move directly towards your painful knee joint. Unfortunately, the collagen you have just drunk is broken down into simple compound in your GI tract after being ingested.

Therefore it is unlikely that any whole collagen will be absorbed into your bloodstream to repair your painful knee joint.

Only your body is able to make collagen. It produces 28 types of collagen. Each organ needs a specific collagen type. The collagen that builds the liver structure will never build the skin tissue and the other way round.

So make sure your body has enough ingredients to make collagen.

Collagen and elastin synthesis requires high amounts of amino acids, vitamin C, organic sulphur, vitamin A, vitamin D3, natural vitamin E, vitamin K2-MK7, B Complex vitamins, silicon, lycopene, selenium, zinc and copper.

Step nr 4

Provide your body with nutrients

If your cells are permanently starving, your body is not able to overcome any disease.

So provide your body with enough nutrients, and its 40,000,000,000,000 cells will eventually stop starving and will be happy to produce energy and life-giving substances needed by your body. And this is how one of your 40 trillion body cells looks like.

Every single day this cell needs the following nutrients to carry out over 15 000 metabolic processes:

  • 1050 amino acids
  • High doses of organic sulphur
  • High doses of vitamin C
  • Fat soluble vitamins: vitamin A in the form of retinol, vitamin D3, natural vitamin E and vitamin K2-MK7
  • All B Complex vitamins: vitamin B1 – thiamine, vitamin B2 – riboflavin, vitamin B3 – niacin, vitamin B4 – choline, vitamin B5 – pantothenic acid, B6 – pyridoxine, vitamin B7 – biotin, vitamin B8 – inositol, vitamin B9 – folic acid and vitamin B12 – cobalamin
  • Magnesium, potassium, phosphorus
  • Trace elements: chromium, selenium, copper, zinc, molybdenum, manganese, boron and iodine
  • Organic silicon
  • Lycopene and antioxidants
  • Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids
Step nr 5

Feed your intestines with good bacteria

Do it every day. You will boost your immune system and enjoy excellent health.

You already know that if bad bacteria colonize your intestines, you have virtually no chance to overcome any disease.

However, if there are a lot of good bacteria in your intestines, there is simply no room for the bad ones there, and they are forced to leave your body.

Not only leukocytes and lymphocytes are produced in the intestines, but also pathogen-consuming macrophages, natural antibiotics such as lactocidin and lactoline, and virus-fighting L-lysine.

The most common fermented foods that naturally contain probiotics, or have probiotics added to them, include yogurt, kefir, buttermilk, kombucha, sauerkraut, sour dill pickles, natto, miso, tempeh, kimchi or sourdough bread.

Your probiotic employees

Every day, several billion probiotic employees in the form of good bacteria should be ready for work in your intestines.  Their task is not limited only to immune functions.

Imagine you have just eaten a meal rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. To obtain life-giving nutrients from your meal, you need several billion good bacteria. These probiotic employees literally pick up valuable nutrients from the mass of digested food. Thus obtained nutrients are transported through the intestinal mucosa into the bloodstream that carry them further to 40 trillion cellular factories located throughout your entire body.

If there are few good bacteria in your intestines, a whole bunch of valuable nutrients will simply end up in the toilet bowl, and 40,000,000,000,000 cells in your body will be condemned to starvation, and so will you.

Step nr 6

Learn to manage stress

Cortisol is a stress hormone. It is released by the adrenal glands and helps your body deal with stressful situations. However, when the levels of cortisol are too high for too long, this stress hormone can hurt you more than it can help. As a result you may feel as if you were constantly under attack.

Cortisol alters immune system responses, suppresses the digestive system and growth processes. It also communicates with the brain regions that control mood, motivation and fear.

Too much stress can damage our health and drastically slow down your recovery process.

You don’t have to let stress control your life.

Try yoga or meditation.

Yoga is a mind-body practice that can help you achieve peacefulness of body and mind. It combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation.

Yoga is highly recommended in case of patients suffering from Parkinson’s disease.

Yoga will help you reduce your stress levels, lower your blood pressure, regulate your heart rate and boost your immune system.

Yoga will also help reduce fatigue, boost energy levels, speed up the recovery process and delay the process of ageing.

Yoga will help you relax and manage fear and anxiety.

Step nr 7

Eat health foods, be active and enjoy your life

Take cake care of what you eat, avoid processed foods, compose your meals carefully, drink water, be active, go for a walk, read books and smile at people.

Moderate physical activity improves circulation as a result of which our body’s cells receive valuable oxygen that is necessary in the detoxification process as well as in performing all critical processes in the body. Physical activity also allows the production of the substances that cannot be obtain in any other way.

Physical activity should be something pleasant. Torturing yourself at the gym for hours or running marathons will definitely not improve your health, it can rather make it worse.

Cycling, a long walk in the park, swimming, Tango lessons, moderate yoga will definitely improve your body condition. So choose something you like, something that you really enjoy.
